International Commerce company in the areas of publishing and distribution is looking for candidates within the Lisbon area:

We are looking for a professional with international experience and languages to work as an administrative assistant supporting management and sales department.

The right candidate will need experience in similar positions, mastery of English, good knowledge of Portuguese, written and spoken and proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). The individual must possess a high sense of responsibility, flexibility, initiative, organization skills and capacity to work under pressure. You must also be able to problem solve without assistance and work in an independent manner. Multi-tasking is essential.
